GACC Announcement No.42, 2017 on Commodity Classification Resolution of 2017 (Ⅱ)

In accordance with China Customs Regulations on Import/Export Commodity Classification (in GACC Decree No.158), the GACC hereby promulgates the Commodity Classification Resolution of 2017 (Ⅱ) (Annex 1) along with such resolutions repealed in 2017 because of changes in governing laws and regulations (Annex 2).
The Commodity Classification Resolution of 2017 (Ⅱ) shall enter into force on 1 October 2017.
