GACC Announcement No.49, 2017 on POM Copolymer Antidumping-Specific HS Codes

In accordance with China Antidumping Regulations, the Customs Tariff Commission under the State Council has decided to levy antidumping duties for 5 years from 24 October 2017 on polyformaldehyde (POM) copolymer (HS Codes 3907.1010 and 3907.1090) originating from South Korea, Thailand and Malaysia, as follows:
As from 24 October 2017, the importers regarding the aforesaid product under antidumping measures shall declare specific HS Codes “39071010.10” and “39071090.10” to China Customs.
