GACC Announcement No.63, 2017 on Commodity Classification Admin Ruling (Ⅲ)

In accordance with China Customs Measures on Administrative Ruling (in GACC Decree No. 92) and China Customs Regulations on Import & Export Commodity Classification (in GACC Decree No. 158), the GACC has made administrative rulings on the classification of the following product:
Sample injector “CV-50 Complete (HS Code 8428.9090)”, requested by Sysmex (Shanghai) Company Ltd.
Please see the Annex hereto for the administrative ruling.
This Announcement shall enter into force upon issuance.
Where any changes occur in governing laws and regulations on commodity classification, such administrative ruling will become invalid accordingly.
