GACC Announcement No.177, 2018 on Criteria of Certified Enterprises

Announcement of the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China, No. 177 of 2018
The Criteria of Certified Enterprises of Customs Administration (including general criteria and specific criteria for consignees and consignors of import and export goods, customs brokers and comprehensive foreign trade service enterprises), which are assorted with the Measures of the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China for Enterprise Credit Management (Decree No.237 of GACC), are hereby promulgated with effect from January 1, 2019. The GACC Announcement No. 82 of 2014 shall be repealed simultaneously.
