Recently, the Xining Customs of China signed a Co-operation Memorandum with the Qinghai Branch of the Bank of China, taking another solid step in promoting the online payment and online guarantee by enterprises.

From now on, import & export enterprises in Qinghai Province of China can pay customs taxes over the Internet.
