Fujian Province of China is deepening reformation of its customs-clearance supervisory operations for Taiwan region to achieve the "handling on arrival, supervising alongside ships, and unloading on landing" for cross-straits direct sea transport together with the "granting check-in priority and special passage for direct flight passengers" for direct air transport;

The Province gives play to its strength in "small three links" with Taiwan by launching "sea-air-one transport" and "direct baggage delivery" operations to promote "fast track with one ticket" for cross-straits passengers and goods under simplified classification.

Based on the aforesaid, the Province is also improving its customs-clearance facilitation measures for Taiwan, including "green channels" by means of "receiving advance declaration and granting priority in inspection and release" for fruit, agricultural and aquatic imports from Taiwan, as well as the construction of distribution center for imported Taiwanese fruits.
