Argentina to Start Anti-Dumping Investigations on China's High-Speed Hacksaw Bla

Import and Export Fair Trade Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce said on March 16 that, the Trade Management and Policy State Secretariat of Argentine Ministry of Industry and Tourism noted to Commercial Office of China's embassy in Argentina on March 11th, that Argentina was to start anti-dumping investigations on China's high-speed steel handsaw blade.

It is said that the investigation period is from July 2008 to February 2010. Fair Trade Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce said that, according to Argentina's requirements, enterprises involved should submit the questionnaire to the unfair competition office of the Trade Management and Policy State Secretariat within 30 days. 10 working days from March 10th, stakeholders could submit comments on Argentina's choice of Brazil as a surrogate market economy country. The enterprises involved may contact with China Machinery and Electronic Products Import and Export Chamber of Commerce.
