Announcement of the General Administration of Customs of China, No. 30, 2010: Final Review Investigation on Anti-Dumping Measures Applicable to Imported Chloroprene Rubber Originating from Japan, the U. S. and the European Union

In 2005, the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council of China decided to levy anti-dumping duty on imported chloroprene rubber originating from Japan, the U.S. and the European Union as of May 10, 2005 with a period of 5 years. Upon the expiration of the levy and with the application from relevant domestic enterprises, the Ministry of Commerce of China decided to conduct final review investigation on the anti-dumping measures applicable to the imported chloroprene rubber from Japan, the U.S. and the European Union. The scope of products under the review investigation conforms to the product scope listed in the Announcement of the Ministry of Commerce of China No. 23, 2005, the products under the HS Codes of the Customs Import and Export Tariff of the People's Republic of China: 40024910 and 40024990. During the final review investigation, the anti-dumping duty shall continue applying to the imported chloroprene rubber from Japan, the U.S. and the European Union. Now relevant issues are hereby announced below:

As from May 10, 2010, China Customs shall continue levying the anti-dumping duty on the imported chloroprene rubber originating from Japan, the U.S. and the European Union in accordance with the product scope, duty rate, and formula and so on stipulated in the Announcement of the General Administration of Customs of China, No. 17, 2005.
Please pay attention to the aforementioned.
