Mexico to Impose Provisional Anti-Dumping Duty on Chinese Seamless Steel Pipes/Tubes

On May 27, 2010, the Mexican Government released a statement saying the Chinese seamless steel pipes/tubes enter into Mexico at below-market prices, and the Mexican Government will impose a provisional anti-dumping duty.

As claimed by the Mexican Government in the statement, an anti-dumping duty will be imposed on the seamless steel pipes/tubes imported with the cost of not more than USD 1,561 per ton.
