China’s MOFCOM Decided to Impose Anti-Dumping Duty on Primary Form Dimethyl Cyclosiloxane Originating in Japan, the U.S., the United Kingdom, and Germany

On January 16, 2006, the Ministry of Commerce of P. R. China (MOFCOM) released the Announcement No. 123, deciding to impose an anti-dumping duty on the primary form dimethyl cyclosiloxane originating in and imported from Japan, the U.S., the United Kingdom, and Germany.

The anti-dumping measure shall be implemented from January 16, 2006 and shall be expired on January 16, 2011.
