Announcement of the General Administration of Customs of P. R. China, No. 48, 2010, Levying Anti-dumping Duty on Imported Trichloroethylene from Russia and Japan

In 2005, the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council of China decided to levy anti-dumping duty on the imported trichloroethylene originating in Russia and Japan from July 22, 2005 with a period of 5 years. Upon the expiration of the levy and with the application from relevant domestic enterprises, the Ministry of Commerce of China (MOFCOM) decided to conduct final review investigation on the anti-dumping measures applicable to the imported trichloroethylene originating in Russia and Japan. During the final review investigation, the anti-dumping duty shall continue applying to the imported trichloroethylene originating in Russia and Japan. Relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
As of July 22, 2010, China Customs authorities shall continue levying the anti-dumping duty on the imported trichloroethylene originating in Russia and Japan in accordance with the product scope, duty rate, formula, and so on stipulated in the Announcement of the General Administration of Customs of P. R. China, No. 35, 2005.
