Argentina Not to Apply Provisional Anti-Dumping Measures on Plastic Hypodermic Syringes from China

On September 7, 2010, the Industry and Trade Secretariat under the Ministry of Industry and Tourism of Argentina issued the Resolution No. 61, 2010, deciding not to apply the provisional anti-dumping measures on the plastic hypodermic syringes originating in China with the anti-dumping investigation moving on.

The Resolution takes effect on September 7, 2010.
