Argentina Applies Final Anti-Dumping Measures to Narrow Blend Woven Fabrics (Denim) from China

On September 8, 2010, the Under-Secretariat of State for Trade Management and Policy of the Ministry of Industry of Argentina issued the Resolution No. 65, 2010 on the completion of the anti-dumping investigation into the narrow blend woven fabrics (denim) originating in China, applying the final anti-dumping measures: determining the lowest FOB price at USD 3.13 per meter.

The Resolution takes effect as of September 9, 2010, keeping valid for 5 years.
