Argentina Levies Final Anti-Dumping Duties on Forgeable Castiron Pipes/Tubes Originating in China and Brazil

On November 19, 2010, No.20212 Resolution, 2010, issued by Argentina's Ministry of Industry and Ministry of Tourism of Argentina, said that they would make final rulings of anti-dumping case on Forgeable Castiron Pipes/Tubes from China and Brazil (Mercosul's HS Code: 7307.19.10 and 7307.19.90), anti-dumping duty of 295% on China’s involved products and anti-dumping of 143% on Brazil’s products. This ruling would be taken effect for a period of 5 years since November 20, 2010.
