Argentina to Impose Anti-Dumping Duties on Elevator and Lifter Engine Originating in China

On December 3, 2010, an announcement from the Argentina's Ministry of Industry said that they planned to impose anti-dumping duties on elevator and lifter engine originating in China.

According to official bulletin issued by the Argentina's Ministry of Industry, Argentina decides to levy anti-dumping duties of 149% on elevator and lifter engine originating in China with its power ranging from 2.25 KW to 37.5 KW on the promulgation date. The duration will be five years.
