Argentina Initiates Anti-Dumping Investigation on Paper Rolls from China

The Government of Argentina - by means of Resolution 238/2010 – has opened a dumping investigation on imports of certain paper rolls (N.C.M. 4810.13.89, 4810.13.90, 4810.19.89, and 4810.19.90) from United States, Republic of Korea, Finland, Austria, and the People's Republic of China. Questionnaires will be furnished by the Authorities 10 days after the opening of the investigation, and as of the moment of receipt, interested parties have 30 days to submit the questionnaires. Time extensions are likely to be granted by the Authorities if valid justifications are alleged.
