Argentina Issued Final AD Duties on Elevator Engines from China

The government of Argentina, by means of Resolution 221/2010, has closed the dumping investigation on imports of certain types of engines of elevators and service elevators (N.C.M. 8425.31.10) from the People's Republic of China. The resolution established an ad valorem anti-dumping duty of 149%. The anti-dumping duty will be in force for 5 years as of the issuance of the resolution.
