EU Cancels Anti-Dumping Measures on Glyphosate from China

On December 16, 2010, the EU made final ruling of the anti-dumping sunset review investigation into glyphosate from China. The complaining party cancels the application of anti-dumping sunset review investigation into glyphosate from China, thus the EU made decisions on canceling anti-dumping sunset review investigation into glyphosate from China and canceling the anti-dumping measures from December 13, 2010.
