Brazil Initiates Anti-Dumping Investigation into Stainless Steel Cooking Ware from China and India

On December 22, 2010, an announcement from the SECEX, Brazil decided to launch anti-dumping investigation (registration number: MDIC/SECES 52000.017358/2010-55) into stainless steel cooking ware (Mercosul's HS Code: 7323.93.00) from China and India in accordance with the application from TRAMONTINA FARROUPILHA S.A. INDUSTRIA METALURGICA. The normal value of the investigated Chinese products will be fixed by the market price in India.
