Brazil Initiates Anti-Dumping Investigation into Seamless Steel Tubes/Pipes from China

On December 22, 2010, the Brazil DECOM issued SECEX NO.59 Announcement, making decisions on initiating anti-dumping investigation into seamless steel tubes/pipes from China (products used for oil gas pipeline, its external diameter less than 5 inches, Mercosul's HS Code: 7304.19.00). The Brazil DECOM selected the U.S. as the substitution country to confirm the normal price of the investigated products. The applying party of this case is Vallourec & Mannesmann Tubes Company with the registration number as MDIC/SECEX 52100.032933/2010-40.
