EU Makes Final Ruling of Anti-Dumping Midterm Review on Ironing Board from China

On December 22, 2010, the EU made final ruling of anti-dumping midterm review on ironing board originating in China, imposing anti-dumping duty of 35.8% on Since Hardware (Guangzhou) Co. Ltd, Guangzhou. The HS Code of involved products in the EU refers to ex39249090, ex44219098, ex73239390, ex73239991, ex73239999, ex85167970 and ex85169000. The market economy treatment on Since Hardware (Guangzhou) Co. Ltd, Guangzhou was not provided by the EU in this case.

In February 2006, the EU initiated anti-dumping investigation into ironing board originating in China; in April 2007, the EU made certain final ruling of this case, not imposing anti-dumping duty on Since Hardware (Guangzhou) Co. Ltd, Guangzhou; in October 2009, the EU launched anti-dumping midterm review investigation into ironing board from China, and this review only initiated on Since Hardware (Guangzhou) Co. Ltd, Guangzhou.
