China's Ministry of Commerce Initiates Anti-Dumping Registration Investigation into Distiller's Dried Grains from the U.S

On December 28, 2010, the Ministry of Commerce of the Peolpe's Republic of China released Announcement No.99, 2010, deciding to initiate anti-dumping registration investigation into distiller’s dried grains with or without solubles originating in the U.S.
According to the Regulations of the Peolpe's Republic of China on Anti-Dumping, the Ministry of Commerce decided to investigate the dumping and dumping margin of the imports from the U.S. mentioned above, as well as their injury degree to the same industrial products in Chinese mainland.
The investigated products "distiller's dried grains with or without solubles" are classified under the HS Code of 23033000 in the Customs Import and Export Tariffs of the Peolpe's Republic of China.
