Mexico Makes Primary Ruling of Anti-Dumping on Jean from China

On December 28, 2010, an announcement of primary ruling on the Official Daily of the Mexican Ministry of Economy said that they continued to take anti-dumping investigation into jean (HS Code: 5209.4201, 5209.4299, 5211.4201 and 5211.4299) from China and provisional anti-dumping duty would not be imposed for the time being. The interest related parts can submit their relevant supplement and evidence to the secretariat of bureau of international trade management under the Mexican Ministry of Economy within 30 workdays starting from December 29, 2010, which is the second day after the implementation of this Announcement.
