The U.S. Made Final Ruling of Anti-Dumping Administrative Review into Pure Magnesium from China

On December 23, 2010, the U.S. Department of Commerce issued an Announcement on the final ruling of the anti-dumping administrative review into pure magnesium from China, determining the dumping margin of Tianjin Magnesium International Co., Ltd. at 0.73% and a general dumping margin of Chinese enterprises involved at 111.73%.

So far, the U.S. has been imposing anti-dumping duties on such imports from China for 15 years.
