The U.S. Made Preliminary Ruling on Anti-Dumping Administrative Review into Composite Woven Sack from China

On December 27,2010,the U.S. Department of Commerce issued an Announcement on the preliminary ruling of the anti-dumping administrative review into the composite woven sack from China,determining a general duty rate of Chinese enterprises involved at 91.73%.

On July 19,2007,the U.S. Department of Commerce conducted an anti-dumping investigation into composite woven sack originating in China;the HS Codes of products in question were 63053300.50 and 63053300.80.

On June 16,2008,the Department of Commerce adopted a final ruling,determining the dumping margin of Chinese enterprises involved shall be ranging from 64.28% to 91.73%.

On September 29,2010,the Department of Commerce initiated the 2nd anti-dumping administrative review.
