U.S. Department of Commerce Made Final Rulings of Anti-Dumping Investigation into Drill Pipe from China

On January 4, 2011, the U.S. Department of Commerce made final rulings, deciding to impose anti-subsidy and anti-dumping duties on part of drill pipes from China. The anti-subsidy duty refers to 18.18% and anti-dumping duty rages from zero to 429.95%. This decision will take into effect after the affirmative damage ruling by the United States International Trade Commission.
