European Commission Initiates Anti-Dumping Sunset Review Investigation into Tartaric Acid from China

On January 12, 2011, the European Commission issued a notice, saying that it had received the applications of sunset review on tartaric acid from China and would make decision on whether to initiate relevant investigation. In January 2006, the EU made affirmative final rulings of anti-dumping on tartaric acid from China and three Chinese enterprises received respective tariff. The unified tariff refers to 34.9%.
