Thailand Made Final Rulings of Anti-Dumping Sunset Review on Citric Acid from China

On January 24, 2011, the Ministry of Commerce of Thailand said they made final rulings of anti-dumping sunset review on citric acid from China, deciding to continue to impose anti-dumping duties on citric acid originating in China from January 23, 2011. The tariff rate is 38.1% and the duration is one year. In March 2003, Thailand initiated anti-dumping first trial investigation into citric acid originating in China.
