Mexico Ends Review Investigation into Sodium Hexametaphosphate and Continues Anti-Dumping Duty

On February 2, 2011, the Mexican Ministry of Economic Affairs issued an Announcement on its official bulletin, concluding the review investigation into the sodium hexametaphosphate (HS Code 2835.39.02) originating in China and deciding to impose anti-dumping duty of 25.35% (the original anti-dumping duty was 102.22%) for a period of 5 years starting from August 4, 2009. The decision takes effect as from February 3, 2011.
