EU Made Anti-Dumping Final Ruling on Chinese Chopped Glass Fiber

On March 15, 2011, the EU made anti-dumping final ruling on chopped glass fiber originating in China, imposing anti-dumping duty of 7.3 percent on Changzhou New Changhai Fiberglass Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Changhai Composite Materials Holding Co., Ltd. (Tangqiao, Yaoguan Town, Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province, China) and 13.8 percent on other Chinese enterprises.

HS codes of the products in the case are 70191100, 70191200, 70191910 and ex70193100.

In December 2009, the EU started anti-dumping investigation on the chopped glass fiber originating in China; and in September 2010, the EU made an affirmative preliminary ruling on the case.
