The U.S. Final Ruling of First Annual "Double-Anti" Review on Chinese Off-Highway Tires

On April 19, 2011, the U.S. Department of Commerce issued its final ruling of first annual "Double-Anti" review on off-highway tires originating in China, which confirms anti-subsidy duty of 30.87% on off-highway tires made by China's Hebei Starbright Tire Co., Ltd. and anti-dumping duty of 28.97% on such tires made by six Chinese companies including Hebei Starbright Tire Co., Ltd. and Hangzhou Zhongce Rubber Co., Ltd.
