Canadian Final Ruling of Anti-Dumping Midterm Review on Chinese Mattress Spring Components

On April 18, 2011, Canada Border Services Agency announced its final ruling of anti-dumping midterm review on spring components for mattress originating in China.

According to the final ruling, for responding companies which have submitted complete answer sheets, like Foshan Jingxin Steel Wire & Spring Co., Foshan Junjing Industrial Co., Ltd., and Keynor (Asia) Import/Export Co., Ltd., normal values of their involved commodities should be confirmed by the information they provide.

However, for those Chinese companies failing to submit complete answer sheets, normal values of their involved commodities should be determined as export prices×147.4%.

The ruling is valid from the date on which it is announced.
