[2011-05-06 09:23:21]

A few days ago, New Zealand Ministry of Economic Development announced its preliminary ruling report of anti-dumping investigation on iron nails originating in China.

According to the report, during the investigation period, dumping margins of six of nine investigated Chinese companies range from 5% to 110%, and three other companies didn't dump; furthermore, the dumping has caused material injuries to New Zealand iron-nail industry.

The involved products are under HS code 7317.00.09.09.

Related parties can raise their opinions on the ruling before May 13, 2011. Due to the quantity of involved commodities less than 3% of total imports, New Zealand government doesn't impose anti-dumping duties on them currently.
