The U.S. Continues Antidumping Duty Order on Cased Pencils from China

The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) on June 15, 2011 determined that revoking the existing antidumping duty order on cased pencils from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. As a result of the ITC's determination, the existing order on imports of this product from China will remain in place.
