The U.S. "Double-Anti" Investigation on China's High-Pressure Steel Cylinders

The United States International Trade Commission on June 24, 2011, judged that China's high-pressure steel cylinders have caused injury to the U.S. related industries, and the U.S. government therefore will continue the anti-dumping and anti-subsidy ("double-anti") investigations on those products.

The U.S. high-pressure steel cylinder manufacturers appeal to the U.S. government, asking for anti-dumping duty of 176.25% and extra anti-subsidy duty on China's high-pressure steel cylinders.

The U.S. Department of Commerce will make preliminary rulings of anti-subsidy and anti-dumping investigations this August and this October respectively.
