China Initiates Sunset Review Investigation Against Imported ECH

On June 27, 2011, the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China (MOFCOM) issued Public Notice No. 34 [2011], initiating the anti-dumping sunset review investigation against the imported Epichlorohydrin ("ECH") from Russia, Korea, Japan and the US.
