The EU Cancels AD Measures on China's Magnesia Bricks

On June 25, 2011, the EU made a final ruling of new-exporter review and sunset review for anti-dumping (AD) measures on China's magnesia bricks:

As EU largest magnesia-brick manufacturer RHI AG opposed, and its output accounted for more than 50% of the total output of the EU, the EU decided to terminate the anti-dumping sunset review investigation on China's magnesia bricks and cancel anti-dumping measures according to EU anti-dumping law; meanwhile, as the sunset-review investigation terminated and TRl, one of Chinese exporters, submitted evidence to prove that it didn't export the investigated products to the EU during the investigation, the EU decided to terminate the new-exporter review on TRL.

In September 2010, the EU launched new-exporter review for anti-dumping on China's magnesia bricks. In October 2010, the EU launched anti-dumping sunset-review investigation on China's magnesia brick.
