The U.S. Preliminary Injury Determination on Steel Cylinders from China
[2011-07-06 09:31:58]
The United States International Trade Commission (ITC) has determined that there is a reasonable indication that a U.S. industry is materially injured by reason of imports of high pressure steel cylinders from China that are allegedly sold in the United States at less than fair value and subsidized by the government of China.
As a result of the ITC's affirmative determinations, the U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC) will continue to conduct its antidumping and countervailing duty investigations on imports of these products from China, with its preliminary countervailing duty determination due on or about August 4, 2011, and its preliminary antidumping duty determination due on or about October 18, 2011.
