China Imposes Preliminary Anti-dumping Duties on Imports of Broiler Products or Chicken Products

On August 10, 2011, the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China (MOFCOM) issued Public Notice No. 45 [2011], announcing its affirmative preliminary determination in the anti-dumping investigation on imports of Photographic Paper and Paper Board originating in the EU, the US and Japan.

The dumping margins range from 17.6% to 28.8%. As of August 10, 2011, importers will provide corresponding deposits to Customs of the PRC pursuant to each company's dumping margin determined by this preliminary determination.
