EU Terminates 16-Year Anti-Dumping on China's Carborundum

Recently European Commission released a notice, stating that the EU will terminate the anti-dumping measures on China's carborundum from August 26, 2011 due to lack of review applications with sufficient evidence.

The EU launched anti-dumping investigation into China's carborundum in 1994, started to impose anti-dumping duty of 52.6% from 1995, and then reviewed twice in 2000 and 2006. The anti-dumping measures have lasted 16 years.
