Indian Customs States Specifications of Stainless-Steel Cold-Rolled Plates From China

On February 20, 2010, India Customs released its Notice No.14, 2010, on imposing anti-dumping duty on cold-rolled stainless steel plates with a width from 600mm to 1,250mm originating in China, Japan, South Korea, the EU, South Africa, China’s Taiwan, the U.S. and Thailand.

On September 6, 2011, India Customs released its Notice No. 86, 2011 to further state the specifications of the products.

The anti-dumping duties are applicable to edging cold-rolled stainless steel plates with a width error of (+) 30mm and a width of 1,000 mm or above, but not exceeding 1,250 mm, and to trimmed cold-rolled stainless-steel plates with a width error of (+) 4mm and a width of 1,000 mm or above, but not exceeding 1,250mm.
