India Prolongs AD on China's 1-phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone

On August 24, 2011, India Customs released its Notice No. 80, 2011 on prolonging anti-dumping (AD) duties on China's 1-phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone. The involved products are under India HS Codes 293319, 291634, 291739, 292429, 293311, 293359, 294200 and 980200.

The anti-dumping duty of USD 0.52 per kg is imposed on 1-phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolone originating in or imported from China.

The anti-dumping measure takes effect from the date of release and is to be valid for 5 years, except being otherwise cancelled, replaced or modified. The taxation currency is Indian rupee.
