Canadian Double-Anti Midterm-Review Probe into China's Semiconductor Coolers/Warmers

On Oct. 3, 2011, Canada government launched anti-dumping and anti-subsidy midterm-review investigations into China-made semiconductor coolers and warmers, which focus on normal value, export price and subsidy rates of such products.

Products involved are under HS Codes 84186990.90, 84185010.00, 84186191.90 and 84189990.90.

Canada started the anti-dumping investigation in May 2008 and made an affirmative final ruling in November 2008.
