The U.S. AD Sunset-Review Ruling on China's Painting Canvas for Injury

Recently, the U.S. International Trade Commission released its sunset-review result for anti-dumping (AD) on China-made painting canvas, finally ruling maintenance of existing five-year anti-dumping decree in view of the likelihood that material injury to the U.S. industry will continue or reoccur once the anti-dumping measures are removed.

On August 5, 2011, the Commission decided to conduct a quick sunset review on this case.
