The U.S. Preliminary AD Ruling on China's Optical Brighteners

On October 28, 2011, U.S. Department of Commerce made a preliminary antidumping (AD) ruling on optical brighteners originating in China and Chinese Taiwan (see the table below). The involved products are under HS Codes 32042080.00, 29336960.50, 29215940.00 and 29215980.90.
In April 2011, U.S. Department of Commerce launched the antidumping investigation.
