The U.S. Preliminary AD Duties on China's Steel Wheels

On November 5, China's Sunrise Wheel Group announced that the U.S. Department of Commerce has adopted the bill of levying anti-dumping (AD) duties on 18-24.5 inch steel wheels originating in China at provisional rates of 110.58%-193.54%, temporarily putting the average rate 125.98% on the wheels from Sunrise Wheel Group and its subsidiary Xiamen DuoFu Import & Export Co., Ltd., according to a preliminary U.S. anti-dumping ruling released on November 2, 2011.
