Canadian Final Ruling of Mid-Term Anti-Subsidy Review on China's Seamless Steel Oil/Gas Casing Pipes & Oil Tubes

On November 7, 2011, Canada made a final ruling of mid-term anti-subsidy review on China's seamless steel oil/gas casing pipes and oil tubes, with subsidy rate of CNY 3,381/ton on uncooperative enterprises' casing pipes and CNY 4,070/ton on their oil tubes, and subsidy rates on cooperative enterprises provided in the table below.
On June 9, 2011, Canada launched the mid-term anti-subsidy review investigation.
