[2011-12-09 10:57:40]

On Nov. 14, the Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) made a preliminary ruling on both anti-dumping and anti-subsidy that injuries have been caused to Canadian industries by tubing pup joints originating in or imported from China.

The CITT will give out the reasons for the preliminary ruling within 15 days.

On Sept. 12, the Canada Border Service Agency launched the double-anti probe into those Chinese products.
