The U.S. to Expedite Sunset Reviews on Furfuryl Alcohol and Garlic from China

The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) has voted to expedite two five-year ("sunset") review sconcerning the antidumping duty orders on furfuryl alcohol from China (Inv. No. 731-TA-703 (Third Review) and fresh garlic from China (Inv. No. 731- TA-683 (Third Review)). As a result of this vote, the ITC will conduct an expedited review to determine whether revocation of this order would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.
