Russia Discloses Customs Union's Final AD Ruling on China's Color-Coated Plates

On Dec. 7, 2011, The Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation disclosed the final antidumping (AD) ruling on color-coated plates from China, planning to impose antidumping duty on those exports to the Customs Union of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan for a period of 5 years;

The specific duty rates are: 12.94% on Angang Steel Company Limited, 12.84% on Pohang Iron and Steel Co. Ltd., 8.12% on Shandong Guancheng Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., and 22.56% on other Chinese enterprises.
